Bryan Simmons
Bryan is 30 years old. He along with his wife Bandy and their new daughter, Aubrey, Makes their home in Quebeck, TN. Bryan plays the mandolin, sings baritone and lead and also handles a lot of the office work and booking for Set Apart.
Bryan is sincere about serving the Lord, as he is tall. Bryan stands at 6’7” (and still growing!) Bryan has been playing and singing in church with Nathan since he was 9 years old. He works for United Parcel Service (UPS) full-time as a package car driver. Bryan enjoys hunting and fishing with Nathan when we are home. Bryan and Bandy have been married about 5 years. Bandy takes an active roll in our home church playing the piano and teaching. She also never fails to let us know she is praying for us.

Nathan Horton
Nathan is 30 years old. He and his wife Tonya make their home in Sparta, TN. Nathan plays the lead guitar and fiddle. He also does a lot of the bus driving for Set Apart.
Nathan has had passion for playing music ever since he could talk. God has truly given him a talent. Nathan can play just about anything with stings on it! As a young boy of 9 years, he grew up pickin’ on the front pew at church where his father pastored. Nathan is extremely creative with his music. He composes and writes a lot of the songs for Set Apart. Nathan Currently works full-time as supervisor for a commercial painting contractor. On the side, Nathan enjoys hunting and fishing with Bryan, Studio Recording and visiting with friends and family.

Shane Davis
Shane is 23 years old and lives in Sparta, TN. Shane is a very talented up-right bass player, and does a wonderful job. He has been playing the bass every since he was knee-high. He has played gospel music with his family since he was around 7 years old. Shane's grandfather, J.T. Davis, has wrote many songs, including the one Set Apart sings, Hands Filled With Love.

Caleb Choate
Caleb is 19 years old and lives with his family in South Pittsburg, Tennessee. He has an incredible talent for playing the banjo. His family has instilled in him that Rich, southern style, bluegrass music as they traveled and sang together since Caleb was small. Caleb is also quickly progressing with playing the rhythm guitar. Tonya Horton
Tonya is 25 years old. She sings lead and tenor for Set Apart. She resides with her husband Nathan in Sparta, TN. Tonya has had the desire to sing since she was about 8 years old. She grew up in Candler, NC attending Maple Ridge Baptist Church with The Primitive Quartet. It was there Paul Fox taught her to sing harmony and do a little pickin’ on the mandolin. These Godly influences encouraged the desire to use her talent for the Lord. Tonya and Nathan have been married for about 6 years. They enjoy writing songs and singing together. Tonya works full-time for Cumberland Toyota. On the side, she does hair and helps out with some of the office work for Set Apart. In her free time she enjoys shopping, recording, cooking, traveling and visiting with friends and family. |
